Having a clear Coaching and Training Agreement (below) establishes a foundation for our work together.
The training available in this course will enable you to become a certified Bio-Stress Release practitioner but you will not have any authority to teach it and are undertaking not to divulge any of the training material.
Once you are certified, you can of course use this therapeutic technique to help your clients and charge a fee.
Although there are no contra-indications for the treatment and as a 'light touch' technique it is extremely gentle I do not guarantee the efficacy of Bio-Stress Release Techniques and I do not accept any liability for any injury sustained by the student or any client of the student while giving the treatment.
As your coach and trainer, you can expect me to:
1. Be a partner in supporting you.
2. Provide safety, and encouragement,
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
I require that you, as my client will:
1. Study the teaching materials
2. Join the coaching sessions I provide on Zoom within a month of gaining access to the course material.
My philosophy is that you have the capacity and the inner resources to enhance your healing abilities in a way that will transform your practice making it considerably less physically demanding.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything we will be using in this training experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will all be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "Private Client Website".
The client/student has access to the online course for 12 months. It is required that the student will complete the course within 12 months.
THE SYSTEM OF CONFIDENTIALITY
As the coach I represent, warrant, and agree as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach and Trainer during the coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or about this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client.
The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
AGREEMENT
1. Susanna Terry of Light Touch Therapy Training agrees with the student that, upon prior payment of the fees before the training session, she will:
a. Train the student during the training course in Bio-Stress Release.
b. Grant the student a certificate to practice Bio-Stress Release subject to the student passing all assessments and observing the terms of this Agreement.
2. The student agrees with Light Touch Therapy Training:
a. Not to divulge any of the training material of Bio-Stress Release.
b. At all times exercise due skill and competence when administering or practicing Bio-Stress Release
c. Not to teach or pass on Bio-Stress Release or hold out any authority to instruct in Bio-Stress Release or claim any proprietary interest in Bio-Stress Release.
d. Although there are no contraindications to, or inherent risks in, the practice of Bio-Stress Release the student accepts any risk of injury that might arise in administering Bio-Stress Release and in carefully following the instructions of Light Touch Therapy Training.
e. Not to assert any agency or other legal relations or representation on behalf of Light Touch Therapy Training without their consent.
3. The parties agree and acknowledge that Light Touch Therapy Training does not warrant the effectiveness of Bio-Stress Release and does not accept any liability for any injury sustained by the Student or any patient of the Student in the practice of Bio-Stress Release.
Susanna Terry of Light Touch Therapy Training holds intellectual property rights on all notes, learning materials, lectures, workshops, seminars, brochures, videos, cassettes, or other documents or information in any form imparted by Light Touch Therapy Training to the student.
